To Die For: Alexander McQueen Spring 2012 Collection

Photos from elle.com.
Sarah Burton continues to keep Alexander McQueen's vision alive by creating intricate pieces that creates a fusion with her design taste. I could not think of a better designer for Alexander McQueen than her. For Spring 2012, per usual, each dress is intricately designed using various delicate fabrics of white, lavender, gold, black, blue and red.

Take a look at some of my favorites after the jump.

Head to toe gold still works.

This is for your next cocktail party.

Chloe Moretz, this dress is calling you.

Short front, long back dominate the evening gowns.

I like the drama of this dress. It is Miss Havisham personified.

There is an eerie feel to this dress that only the likes of Lady Gaga or Rihanna can pull off.

This is too sexy for the board room but never too conservative for a movie premiere.

Looks like it just came out of a fairy tale book.

Naomi Campbell.

This is exactly what I want for a wedding dress.

This dress calls for another MET Gala.

There are only a few who can pull off a McQueen dress. This dress is still looking for a worthy wearer.
