The cast of Mission: Impossible--Ghost Protocol are all busy, particularly the lead stars, Tom Cruise and Paula Patton, promoting the movie. For the premiere of the movie in London, Paula wore a sparkly Naeem Khan long sleeved mini and Christian Louboutin 'Lucifer Bow' nude pumps. It was cute, chic and Paula looked every inch a star.
