Cartier had a major re-opening of their store in NYC and Katie Holmes arrived wearing a beautifully embroidered Valentino tulle gown with bishop sleeves that made our jaws drop. It is not every day that we see Katie on the red carpet or any big events just like this, but waiting usually pays off. We would like to see more of her in the coming days.
