If you haven't noticed yet, Hollywood stars and models alike are going gaga over culottes. I remember the last I have worn one was when I was in grade school and I looked frumpy and it was absolutely unflattering. If I had worn heels then, maybe it would have been different, but I was in grade school and a 1-inch heel was as far as I could go. Now, that culottes are coming back, maybe I will reconsider wearing one and this time I will wear heels. There are a lot of culotte designs available. You can go for a retro vibe culotte that is pleated and longer than usual, like what Sarah Paulson is wearing. While you can be a cool and more experimental with colors and patterns like Bella Hadid's denim patchwork culottes, a more subtle one like the one Tilda Swinton is wearing is the best option for a more conservative look.
