Ever since she released her Look What You Made Me Do, Taylor Swift has definitely buried the past behind her and expect for more changes to come when her new album comes out that she describes in her acceptance speech at the American Music Awards 2018 as "the new chapter of her life". We bet the Swifties are already excited. Perhaps her blindingly shiny mini dress and thigh-high boots combo is a preview of what that chapter is.
