Have you seen Blake Lively's sparkling jacket during the Christmas tree lighting ceremony in NYC? Love it (not the complete look, though). I bet it costs thousands but hey, we too can have sparkling jackets. Found this Parker 'Cluster' spakling jacket with loads of sequins and beads that only costs $335 at Diani Boutique. It doesn't look costume-y and can definitely oomph your style factor.
