Celebrity Style: Chloe Sevigny in ruffle trimmed wrap gown

It's Venice Film Festival again. It's a time to give recognition to films from around the world and to showcase a star's red carpet style. A frequent attendee of the festival is Chloe Sevigny who wears a floral gown with ruffle trim and jewel buckled sandals by Miu Miu at the premiere of Lean on Pete. She had a slight wardrobe malfunction when the wind blew her skirt and showed off her nude underwear. At least she is wearing one!

There is nothing to expect from Chloe but love-em or hate-em style awesomeness. I want to tear the ruffles off her blouse. I am loving the skirt, though.
