The new global spokeswoman of L'Oreal, Amber Heard, was fully covered at the Met Gala so it's kind of refreshing to see her at the Cannes Film Festival showing some skin and beaming smile. While her Valentino gown is gorgeous, we worry that her breasts would pop out of the tiny top any minute. We hope that she's taped securely.
