Is this what following what the heart wants does? Selena Gomez looks amazing! The Versace bustier with a reversed scallop detail is a modern take on the usual and the leather pants with cutout details just upped the level of punk and style. Her receiving the Billboard Women in Music 2017 award is a confirmation that she is a force to reckon in the music industry, but more so an amazing brave woman who is successfully fighting lupus. Everyone was in tears when she dedicated the award to her best friend, Francia Raisa, who donated her kidney to the singer. Kudos, Selena!

We're quite surprised to see Selena Gomez wearing a floral print slip dress at Coachella because it's the first time she's worn something like it, if our memory serves us right.

We're kind of mixed emotion about this HVN Lily Falling dress and the matching bandanna but she looks comfortable and happy so we'll let it pass.

Four Hollywood stars, One varsity jacket

The Coach 1941 is Hollywood's favorite varsity jacket and these four women proves that. Selena Gomez wore it with a delicate dress, Drew Barrymore experimented by pairing it with a checkered blouse and floral skirt, Suki Waterhouse made heads turn when she wore it with good old blue jeans, and America Ferrera chose to let the jacket standout by wearing dark pants and checkered top.

2011 Teen Choice Awards arrival photos

It's time to get slimy again. Time flies so fast. I could still remember how Heidi Klum almost swallowed the slime when she presented during last year's Teen Choice Awards. Let us see who gets a thumbs up in style on the red blue carpet.

Smile. Check. Pose. Check. Fierce Louboutins. Check. It is Blake Lively, indeed.

From the ankle up, Ashley Green looks just so-so. Her shoes, though, is a different story. Although I like the angst of her crisscross sandals, I think it didn't go well with her Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci dress.

The teen goddess, Selena Gomez, did not disappoint. Here, she proves that she deserves to be called  stylish. She wears an Erin Featherson mini with draped hem and Brian Atwood heels. I hope the dress stayed in place.

The Female Hottie nominee, Kim Kardashian, sure is hot in this  halter mini with feathered skirt and simple black pumps.

Taylor Swift will always be a girl even if everyone will wear pants. It wouldn't be Taylor Swift, anyway, if we'll see her not wearing the girliest dresses on the red carpet. 

Fergie twinkled in this Dolce & Gabbana dress and Christian Louboutin pumps, but, those weren't enough to hide her disappointment when her husband, Josh Duhamel, failed to take home a surfboard.

Where is Mr. and Miss J when you need them? Tyra Banks thought its the Comic Con she is attending so she wore this superhero inspired outfit.

Hell No: Chapped nail polish

There's nothing wrong in this picture. Selena Gomez looks cute and event appropriate per usual and her Camilla Skovgaard sandals are to die for.

Up close, though, is where I see a problem...

In case you're wondering what Selena Gomez wore during the Teen Choice Awards, it is a BCBG Max Azria draped dress with beaded back that looks exactly like this:

In front, it is just a simple dress but at the back it all says glam.  The shoes are by Sergio Rossi from the designer's Fall/Winter 2010 Totem collection.  I must say she's one of the best dressed during the event. Keep it up, girl!
